Set in predynastic Egypt, Shadowborn Rising is a dark-fantasy adventure told through three villain-origin campaigns. Enemies cannot harm you. They can only stagger you. Master fast-paced melee, stealth and force manipulation, and ranged precision as you fight and traverse environments reimagined from one of Egypt’s earliest eras.
Origins
Follow Apep, Khepera and Ankhu at the beginning of their descent into villainy. They are the protagonists of their own stories, and the antagonists they become will shape the wider Ancient Bloods universe.

There is no traditional health bar. A constantly draining timer governs survival, while enemy attacks stagger and interrupt you, costing valuable time.
Built Around Mastery+
Progression is focused on combat, traversal and timer upgrades rather than endless weapons, armour and loot. New abilities and stronger upgrades directly change how you move, fight and survive.
Every Attempt Matters+
Silver is retained when time expires, while Fragments permanently unlock abilities and stronger upgrade tiers. Complete a full Fragment set to form the Key of Eternity and unlock ultimate power.
